Dandy Kids is a
documentary about families who share their life experiences
of looking for answers from a limited number within the
medical community. Over and over again families struggle to
find answers for a diagnosis for which the cause and
treatment are not known. Many are told pregnancies should be
terminated, and that the prognosis is hopeless. Dandy Kids
will depict the experts, advocates, and ultimately the
Heroes who by way of faith, perseverance, and unconditional
love live life to the fullest every day! Many times this is
done minute by minute, second by second, and in the research
labs chromosome by chromosome. |

Dandy Kids (Official Selection) screened at the Bayou City (Houston) International Inspirational
Film Festival and won best medical documentary!
The event showcased educational, inspirational, and positive works.
Executive Producer,Director Darla Rae and cast members and Nashville
Recording Artist Laura Dodd whose original song Titled "Songbird"
were on hand for Q&A following screening.

CAMPAIGN FOR THE BRAIN
Worldwide, hundreds of millions of individuals and their families
are impacted by the consequences of brain disorders and related
disabilities.
The Silver Ribbon Coalition represents the combined interests of all
those who are affected by a brain disorder or disability. To date,
the Coalition is represented by advocates for and individuals with a
wide variety of brain disorders and disabilities.
 The
Silver Ribbon Campaign for the Brain promotes public awareness of
the need for emotional, social, governmental, and research support
of these individuals. Increasing public awareness will decrease
stigma and increase support to result in improved treatment and
eventual cures for those affected.
